History
Our studio is a state-of-the-art, 5000 square-foot former warehouse in Asheville's Historic River Arts District. Odyssey ClayWorks branched off from Odyssey Center for the Ceramic Arts in 2011 to become a studio focused on teaching. Since then, Odyssey has built a large ceramics school, gallery and working studio that hosts a wide range of pottery classes and ceramics workshops for adults and children. Artists from across the country and from all levels of experience come to Odyssey ClayWorks for challenging instruction, creative inspiration and connection with community.
