Founded in 1990, Southwestern Randolph Middle School serves more than 600 students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. The school supports a variety of extracurricular programs in art, band, chorus, drama, and health and physical education. In addition, Southwestern Randolph Middle School offers the English as a Second Language program and conducts foreign language sessions in Spanish. It provides various sports activities, such as football, softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer and wrestling. The school operates several student organizations, including book, beta, service and booster clubs. Southwestern Randolph Middle School is located in Asheboro, N.C.
