Located in Greensboro, N.C., Jesse Wharton Elementary School is a part of Guilford County Schools, one of the largest school districts in North Carolina that serves more than 70,000 students. The school has a staff of over 90 full-time certified teachers that includes speech and language pathologists, guidance counselors, social workers and school nurses. It provides academic classes in a variety of subjects, such as English, math, reading, basic skills, physical education and social studies.
