The staff was all very nice, and the hotel is fairly new. But...they wouldn't clean our room. We had a 4 night stay. Day one we were told they only clean the rooms every other day. OK - not great...

Pretty standard for this type of Marriott. Staff was friendly. Room was fine. Small gym. Breakfast was okay. Enough options for a family with different tastes.
