Higginsport is a village in Brown County, Ohio, United States, along the Ohio River. The population was 291 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.6 km²), all of it land. Higginsport is the birthplace of White Burley tobacco.
