I don't usually eat at Arby's but saw the commercial about Deluxe Wagyu Steahouse Burger and wanted to try it. Something I would not have expected from Arby's and it was good for a fast food chain...

Evidently they do not want senior customers anymore. They did away with the senior discount. The food has not changed, but I appreciated the 10% I got off on my ordered

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD. I called to complain and the "manager" was rude, unprofessional and trying to blame me for the wrongly made and cold food. I'll be reporting.
