This is one of the better Fast-food restaurants in Norton. They have been consistently good. They do sometimes forget items from your order though, but it happens.
This is our favorite location by far. The staff has always been super. I occasionally am very particular about certain items and every time they have been accommodating without frustration....
Incompetent staff. Always screw up orders, then have the audacity to argue with you. Loud mouth woman manager? always (multiple visits) loudly talking about her personal life, ruins every dine...
I generally like Arby's . Today at norton Arby's ordered a shake, onion rings and a chicken sandwich. Got home first bite of chicken sandwich had a long blond hair. Never again in the norton Arby's

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.
