Dropped the ball, 2nd time in a month my food arrived late and cold! 20plus yr customer even mom ordered from Bella and whats with the added delivery charge and the cheaply made bread.

Understandable that Belleria is a franchise. Running out of topping and adding SUGAR to the sauce...takes away from the authenticity of what Belleria is. Soooo disappointed in the pizza. This IS...

Tastes like a home cooked meal. I've ate here 2 times and it's just heaven!! Such a great price for such a feeling meal. Mostaccioli pasta with a salad and some bread!!! Ah I couldn't even finish....

Ordered a pizza at 4pm on a Friday, didn't get it until 6pm (est delivery time was 50 minutes) and when I got my food the pizza was cold. Seems like they forgot my order on counter or something....
