I ordered a double whopper meal w cheese and ketchup only. They messed up my order, the double whopper had mayo all over it. I sent a complaint to BK to get my sandwich replaced and they offered...

Poor customer service!! We eat inside and the girl Walked up to the counter rolling her eyes and looked at me. She didn't even great us. I asked are you taking our order and she said yes annoyed....

Ordered a double whopper combo meal at the drive through. When I got home there was an Impossible single whopper meal. I paid extra for less. BK needs to step it up in Johnstown, OH

Very clean place if every Burger King was run like this I might try Burger King more often.
