Messed up our order staff was incoherent had to wait 20 minutes for cold nuggets and they charged us for a lemonade they didn't have.

Howland Burger King is closedown. The company Tom's went bankrupt and had to sell off their franchises. The new company did want to keep Howland open.

While picking up an order at a crazy time in the am Greg had great customer service!! He was very polite and had the order ready to go!! The food was hot!
