Tell me why my SPRITE is brown?! No Ice & all the food was cold. At first I thought they must've given me ginger ale on accident....smelled it, definitely brown sprite. So gross.

Why is there no fries in my bag and instead they give me a bottle and it has no liquid also I don't like the BK commercial and the logo they have to go back to the old one
