Established in 1996, Hopewell is a nonprofit residential treatment center that offers health care services to adults with mental disorders in Ohio. It is one of the is the first providers of mental health services in the United States that is licensed and accredited as a therapeutic community by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. The center provides physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual support services to patients suffering from schizophrenia, major depression, and schizoaffective and bipolar disorders. Hopewell specializes in psychiatric services, daily living assistance, clinical support, medication education, psychosocial programming and prevocational training. The center is licensed and certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health.
