Seriously the slowest "fast food" restaurant in existence. Half an hour to get food when you start off as the next car in line at the order screen. I really don't get it.

At our Middletown, OH location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Knots in the coleslaw twice I got a dinner in the last month both times A knat in the coleslaw. I don't even know how that's possible but it's disgusting.

The two ladies that work the front registers in the evening are very confusing to each other and mess up orders. The food is terrible save your money or go to long John silvers.

Don't waste your time to go here the hours are supposed to be until 7 o'clock I was there at 5 o'clock in the drive-through line and they shut the restaurant down this is not the first time that...

It's very unfortunate and upsetting that with just having only one Captain D's in town and living on the other side of town getting home and discovering that you paid money for food that was not...
