At the Cincinnati "Premium" outlets. It's what you expect of Claire's. My daughters love it. Beats buying stuff at Target and Walmart. But it is cheap "jewelry". They have a military discount.

Store was nicely stocked and well organized. Would like to see some better sales. Customer service was amazing. Would definitely shop here again.

Terrible service, bad costumer service, treated us very badly and accused a seven year old of switching a price tag on a item. Would not recommend this place.
