Some office staff are rude. Returning calls in a timely manner would be helpful. Waiting for biopsy results for weeks. Dr. Ballin was nice but seemed rushed.

Horrible, horrible service!!! Scheduling an appointment is a JOKE. Two phone calls, set on HOLD for 12 + minutes both times and still NO answer. Hey, there are other dermatologists in this town....
