Ordered from here through Instacart and was skeptical going by the reviews here. Ordered an Italian sub, pepperoni meatball sub and the hook and ladder salad. All of it was really good. Quality...

They need management on site. Was in there August 16th kids were having very inappropriate conversations period all were acting a full. Need a adult on Saturday nights

I love their sandwiches but when they wrapped them half of sandwich was outside the wrapper like they couldn't open the sheet of paper to put the sandwich in.

Decided to give Firehouse Subs another go and was pleasantly surprised! (Kind of bumpy start when they first opened) They're decorated for Christmas right now...so that made the experience...
