The mission of Lorain County Port Authority is to promote economic development by assisting private industries initiatives; by encouraging development and redevelopment; and by promoting investment in business, industrial and transportation projects.

Cuyahoga County Auditor is a chief fiscal body, which is responsible for all county funds, official records of all receipts, disbursements and fund balances. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, the County has an audit officer who serves as a paymaster for the employees. The organization offers several services, such as estate tax, accounting, homestead, licenses, manufactured housing, real estate services and weights and measures. Cuyahoga County Auditor also offers various community outreach program, including Universal Service Assistance, Golden Buckeye Card and Energy Assistance Program that helps the residents with a reduction in property tax.

The Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District is the leading resource in Cuyahoga County for information, expertise and programs that support sustainable materials management and reduce the environmental impact of waste. Our staff works to empower residents, communities and organizations to manage their waste responsibly by reducing, reusing, recycling and composting.
