Terrible customer service. Disrespectful and unprofessional. I scheduled online. Got there 10 min early. I was told that I was an hour late which was her first comment before confirming herself....

Amazing! I walked in with 5 in of roots and some orange (was red) hair. The process does take a while (3 hours and 22 mins) but I got great results! Joanne loves to talk Carrie does the best...
