service is bad, rude. counter is cluttered, food scraps all over. I quit going there. I now go to DiBella's at King and Olentangy. Much better.

Made exactly how I wanted it when I went in at 8:20pm. They were out of Rose-Parm bread- but the white was just as good!! Polite as well.

This is now the fourth time I have gone to this location and they are out of bread. It is 6:20 how are they out of bread three hours before close? Absolutely ridiculous I will not return to this...
