Founded in 1964, Village at St. Edward provides a range of nursing care and assisted and independent living services. Located in Fairlawn, Ohio, it serves more than 2,000 residents and over 250 older adults. Its planned community of independent living offers studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, licensed nurses, emergency call systems, housekeeping, laundry, daily mass, whirlpool facilities, a beauty salon and barbershops. It also consists of a solarium, club room, entertainment and games area, exercise center and lounges. Village at St. Edward s nursing services are licensed by the state of Ohio and certified by the federal government. Its nursing unit offers amenities that include therapeutic diets, structured activities programs, therapies and multipurpose rooms. The organization offers benefits, such as medical, dental, paid time off, pension and life insurance to its employees. It also provides holiday premium, credit union and bonus programs.
