Sarah Jakubowski, PA-C

Cathy Sila MD, FAAN, FAHA, is an internationally recognized vascular neurologist and the Chair of the Department of Neurology at University Hospitals. She is an expert in the prevention and treatment of stroke and neurologic complications of heart disease. As the first woman to chair neurology at University Hospitals, Dr. Sila’s priorities include ensuring access to innovative, high-value care integrated throughout the health system; supporting the provider-patient relationship and experience; training the next generation of vascular neurologists; and promoting research that improves the quality of life for patients with neurologic diseases.

Katherine Bruening Wajda, MD, is a pulmonary and critical care physician at University Hospitals specializing in asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cystic fibrosis. Dr. Wajda is board certified in pulmonary disease, critical care medicine and internal medicine. She has received a number of honors and awards for her work in resident teaching and internal medicine-pediatric research. Dr. Wajda has also published several peer-reviewed presentations and journal articles.

Dr. Wiznitzer is board certified in pediatrics, neurology with special qualification in child neurology, and neurodevelopmental disabilities His special interests include attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, developmental and behavioral disorders and pediatric neurology. He was named to the UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital staff in 1986.
