Sueño is inspired by the traditions and culture of Mexico’s burgeoning culinary scene. We pay homage to those challenging norms south of the border. 3-time James Beard nominee/finalist Chef Jorge Guzman presents traditional Mexican fare, featuring heirloom corn varieties imported from Oaxaca over a live fire hearth in Seuño’s open kitchen. Beverage Director Branden Fugate and Wine Director Lauren Gay deliver one of the region’s best bar programs. Sueño’s AIA award winning design is nestled in the historic Avant Garde building directly above Tender Mercy, downtown Dayton in Webster Station.
