Behavioral health and recovery services are provided for those concerned with drug and substance abuse, suicide, and mental health issues. RT Industries is a nonprofit corporation component of the Miami County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. It provides training and employment for adults with developmental disabilities who live in Miami County in Ohio. RT provides a variety of specialized services, including assembly, folding, drilling, labeling, inspecting, gluing, stapling and taping. RT serves numerous small businesses, industries, service organizations and churches throughout the greater Troy, Ohio, area.

Located in Piqua, Ohio, the Rehabilitation Center provides a range of health care services. The center operates neurodevelopmental and wellness programs. It serves infants, children and adults with traumatic brain injuries, cerebral palsy, autism and down syndrome. The center conducts physical, visual and cognitive exercises that increase functioning and stimulate sensory motor pathways. The Rehabilitation Center helps individuals to achieve their maximum potential. It also accepts donations from individuals and organizations. The center maintains various exercise machines. In addition, it conducts therapy sessions for the development of speech and motor skills. The center maintains a staff of neurodevelopmental specialists. The Rehabilitation Center is a part of the Hahn-Hufford Center of Hope.
