We do not perform any repairs and have no interest in doing so. Our inspectors are thoroughly trained, qualified professionals who furnish a factual assessment of the current condition of the home. All inspections are performed to meet or exceed the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). A full computerized report, which includes summary, is prepared for our client, usually within 24 hours. All of our inspectors are fully insured with liability, Errors, and Omissions coverage.
