The authority has undertaken projects for Kendall Whittier School and Arkansas River West Bank Apartments & Homes. It works in collaboration with the government, business and residential sectors. In addition, the authority undertakes tax incentive programs. The Tulsa Development Authority offers low-interest home improvement loans and emergency grants.
