No buffet , weekdays. Food was cooked to order. So was fresh and hot. Typical fare. Resturant was clean Service was excellent. Enjoyable lunch.

Stuff was hit or miss. Seasame chicken was rubbery and fatty, Mongolian beef was tough and not good, salt shrimp was a good name for it because that was sooo salty it tasted like licking a salt...
