Effective Transitions Inc

Located in Oklahoma City, Effective Transitions provides preeminent educational, counseling and employment services. Founded in 2002, it is a nonprofit, community-based agency that sponsors and promotes community development activities for youths and adults in central Oklahoma. The organization is a designated youth serving agency and is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). It provides behavioral health counseling and mentoring programs for adolescents and families through a positive transitions program. In addition, the organization offers workforce development services to adults with disabilities. Effective Transitions provides alternative education services for students residing in central Oklahoma. The organization offers assessment and support services, tutoring, occupational skills training and leadership opportunities.
