Our clinic opened when the Memorial Hospital opened in 1977. We've served our community with quality healthcare ever since; always expanding and adding services and providers.

Our clinic being located next to the main hospital gives our patients access to a total health care team. Our Ancillary Services Include Dietary Consultation, Home Health, Laboratory Services, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Radiology Services including MRI, Mammograms, CT & Bone Density scans, and Respiratory Services
