Cascade Baking Co

History

Cascade Baking Co. is located in one of Salem's oldest buildings in the downtown community. Originally built in 1869, the structure is an ideal location to house an old-world style brick oven and bakery. Once you are inside the delightful smells of our baked goods and breads fill the air. All our products are made fresh daily using only natural and local ingredients with no artificial preservatives.

Specialties

We specialize in sourdough breads, whole grain, rye breads. We also make ciabatta, baguettes, focaccia, and other breads. We also have a wide selection of pastries. Daily lunches are also available including salads, and sandwiches. We also wholesale to many restaurants in the Salem area.
