I've been using the net since its conception. This company takes the cake in HORRENDOUS service. From support to internet, all zeros. Disconnects and asks you to log in again if you walk outside...

Would give zero stars is possible. Constant interruptions make it unusable. It will disconnect every 20 minutes which makes gaming and any type of work or zoom type call impossible.
