HistoryAfter spending two years as an Oregon court public defender, and seven years as a federal public defender, I opened my own firm in 1991 and have been in the private practice of law ever since rendering high quality legal service and advice to hundreds of satisfied individuals and businesses.SpecialtiesMy office is devoted to defending those accused of crimes of all types, in the State of Oregon and Federal Courts, with the exception of DUII cases. I have over 36 years of experience as both a trial and appellate attorney, successfully handling cases in every level of the Oregon and Federal courts including the Oregon and United States Supreme Courts. While I do not have a single specialty, I am well known for defending drug cases, environmental crimes, Measure 11 offenses, and a range of white collar federal crimes.
