Leadership Mission International

Leadership Mission International (LMI) is a non-profit organization based in Portland, OR, that is dedicated to empowering women in rural areas of Honduras. Through their program, The Leadership Center (TLC), LMI provides young women with a two-year education and mentorship to become change agents in their communities, leading entrepreneurial ventures and sustainable development. LMI believes in the personal transformation of individuals as the key to changing a nation, and they provide post-high school certification in English, business, leadership, and community development to equip women with the skills they need to make a difference.

With a focus on strong hearts, strong minds, and strong voices, LMI aims to cultivate independence and empower women to become leaders in their communities.
