Erin S. Bolken is a physician assistant specializing in vascular surgery in Portland, Newberg, and Oregon City, OR. She works to educate and involve patients in their care, encouraging them to take an active role in their health and healing. She sees patients in the office and in the hospital, before and after surgery, and assists in surgery as well.

At the Providence Spine Center on Portland's east side, we take a conservative approach to spine care with the goal of minimal intervention and offer both non-surgical and surgical treatment options. Non-surgical treatments may include physical therapy, pain education classes, pain relieving injections and acupuncture.
