Range Restaurant and Bar, located at the resort community of Brasada Ranch, offers innovative dishes as lovely as the panoramic views seen through its expansive windows. With a commitment to the organic and sustainable practices of producers throughout Oregon, Range Restaurant and Bar highlights the best from partner farms, ranches, orchards, creameries and wineries. The menu by Executive Chef Doug MacFarland showcases cheeses, starters, pastas, large plates, and Chefs Feasts with multiple courses served family-style. The wine list is extensive, and handcrafted cocktails include clever concoctions like the Lavender Collins and Barrel Racer. Range Restaurant and Bar is open seasonally from May to September, serving dinner from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday; and 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Friday - Saturday.
