While driving north from Salem once I got near Lafayette I started seeing a lot of signs for Redtail espresso. After the third or fourth little sign I decided that I had to check this place out....

Smaller little quaint coffee shop! Small town feel! Really huge selection! I went with a 4 Shot Vanilla Espresso that was 1/2 sweet and added the Coffee Ice Cubes. So many coffee places available....

Friendly service with nice food options in the morning. Good coffee for someone dairy free but not many allergy friendly food options, which is totally understandable for a local business
