Being a general contractor, I do as much work in-house as possible and hire subcontractors when needed. This provides me the flexibility and low overhead costs that result in saving the customer money. When communicating with the customer, I listen to their needs and educate them on their options. I also consult with the client on designs and give suggestions on materials during a remodel.
