History

Laurel Marie Hagner built Glassometry Studios, 2009. As a true artist on her journey, Laurel has changed the direction of the studio to now be identified as Laughing Tara Living Arts. All offerings are now with the mission to connect people to a diverse range of experiences through creativity and healing. This may be a dance class, yoga, meditation, shamanic journeying, plant medicine, ceremony, drumming, dance....the list goes on. Yet one things stands out....these classes all have a twist of the unexpected. A way that the practitioners are pushing boundaries, reaching for new ways of expressing and healing through their process. This is what Laurel is passionate about. Creating!!! There's nothing more important than a healthy community, and I believe that starts by helping one individual at a time. Located amidst the lush forests and calming waters of Hood River, my space is a spiritual getaway for locals and tourists alike. Art is one of my core mediums for channeling spiritual energy and guidance - my works of art also offer healing and are available for sale.
