Starbucks

I love this Starbucks! Everyone is well trained and super nice. I sometimes come to the mall just to go to this Starbucks because they all know me by name my favorite coffee shop in Medford.

I like this Starbucks but it's way too cold to sit comfortably for more than a few minutes.. I had to leave my coat on, and wished that I had brought gloves!

The best customer service is here at the rogue valley mall location. Order anything you like and they always prepare it well. If it's not what you like, then they'll remake it without hesitation.
