True helped me with my cuckoo clock. Most clock shops won't even touch a cuckoo clock. True said it was an easy fix, showed me how to fix the problem if it happens again...and didn't charge...

Seems to be a one man operation and it's pretty good. Took our old family cuckoo clock by, it had not worked for years. They basically rebuilt the clock and now it works! Cuckoos on the hour...
