Dirty, dusty even though they water the road the RV pads are rough. Very uneven. All newcomers be prepared to be assigned a trash bin view. Erosion behind pads and tree's roots exposed leaves...

Nice little rv park close to the ocean. We stayed three nights. Park was well kept other than bath house. Tried to use showers on two occasion, no hot water after running water for 10/15 mins....

Great people and great place. You can walk to the beach without crossing any traffic and a lot of the sites have hot tubs for your private use. We picked one with a hot tub and enjoyed sitting in...

Beautiful campround. The views are priceless! Employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a nice outdoor Cafe that is open for breakfast
