The Unity Ranger Station is a historic United States Forest Service compound located in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest of northeastern Oregon. Built between 1936 and 1938 by the Civilian Conservation Corps, the ranger station consists of six well-preserved buildings, including two ranger residences, a bunkhouse, an equipment warehouse, a garage, and a fire lookout tower.
Today, the Unity Ranger Station is utilized during the summer months to accommodate Forest Service fire crews. Designated as a National Register of Historic Places site in 1986, the ranger station complex showcases the Cascadian rustic architectural style and serves as a reminder of the early Forest Service ranger stations in the region.
