Founded in 1939, Abington Art Center is an art museum and exhibition gallery. Based in Jenkintown, Pa., the center hosts exhibitions, workshops and classes for students of all ages. It conducts classes for painting, drawing, ceramics, photography and jewelry making, to name a few. Abington Art Center's gallery shop features jewelry, ceramics, prints, textiles, lamps, glass and more. The center conducts a range of events, including Penn State Abington senior art show, sweet beats family music event, eureka! Family art workshop and coffee break.
