Saint Martha Manor, located in Downingtown, Pa., is a 12-plus-bed nursing home. Founded in 1989, the center offers a wide range of services, including nursing, rehabilitation, spiritual, dining, recreational and social services. It provides physical, occupational and speech therapies to help residents achieve a level of independence. Its therapeutic recreation department provides residents with programs designed to stimulate their interests and offers opportunities for socialization. It offers a variety of activities that include gardening, exercise, current events, games and outings to local restaurants. The center offers residential and dining rooms, lounge and activity areas and outdoor gardens. Its facility also includes a chapel that offers religious services to the residents. Saint Martha Manor is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility. It is also a member of the Catholic Health Care Services.
