To meet the needs of our clients, Keystone Financial Solutions, P.C was established as a Pennsylvania CPA firm in 2001 to provide accounting, tax, and business advisory services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout the Philadelphia region. We provide quality service for our clients by staying abreast of accounting and tax law changes and by taking a proactive interest in the smooth financial management of your business. At Keystone Financial Solutions, P.C, we make it our goal to understand the individual needs of every client including addressing industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices. Frank Haarlander, a certified public accountant, is the president and co-founder of Keystone Financial Solutions, P.C Frank has specialized in tax planning for over 30 years advising sole proprietorships, regular C corporations, subchapter S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs). His background and experience includes tax consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, a prestigious international accounting and consulting firm, and holding the VP of Tax or Tax Director (senior tax officer) position with several Fortune 500 companies. He has an MBA degree in accounting from Rutgers University and a masters in tax degree from Villanova University's schools of law and commerce. He formerly held the CWPP and the CAPP designations as a Certified Wealth Preservation Planner and a Certified Asset Protection Planner and served as a Pennsylvania representative for the Asset Protection Society. Frank is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and the National Association of Accountants. He has held memberships in the Asset Protection Society, the Wealth Preservation Institute, the Exton Chamber of Commerce and the Tax Executives Institute (TEI). While a member of the TEI, Frank served on the Philadelphia chapter's board of directors and various tax committees. Frank has served as an adjunct professor at both undergraduate and graduate universities. Frank is the author of "Converting a Traditional IRA to a Roth IRA... One of the Most Important Financial Decisions You May Ever Make" and has had several of his articles published in business publications. He also speaks to business associations about how to significantly reduce taxes paid and how to improve cash flows. Bryan Haarlander is a co-founder of Keystone Financial Solutions, P.C He earned his undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State University. Bryan has earned the Certified College Planner Specialist (CCPS) from the National Institute of Certified College Planners. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to sell various types of annuity and insurance products to meet the needs of our clients. Bryan is the founder of Keystone Wealth Strategies, LLC, a financial planning company that focuses on asset protection, wealth preservation, and increasing the net worth of individuals. Bryan's wealth management experience has been of immense value to Keystone Financial Solutions P.C.'s clients. Bryan began his business career in the hospitality industry. He held various positions in the restaurant industry, ranging from working with family-owned businesses to national chains. Because of this experience and expertise, Bryan works very closely with all of our clients in the bar and restaurant industries. Before joining Keystone Financial Solutions, Bryan started and managed an office for one of the major tax preparation firms. Within three years, his office was one of the top offices for new franchisees and the largest in Reading, PA for that franchise. He was awarded certificates for his extensive knowledge of the individual tax laws and for his extensive and comprehensive training of tax preparers.
