Communities in Schools of Philadelphia is a nonprofit organization and one of the largest stay-in-school networks in the United States. Established in 1986, the organization annually serves approximately 11,000 public school students in secondary and kindergarten through eighth grade schools. It administers more than 15 programmatic initiatives in collaboration with the School District of Philadelphia and agencies of the federal and state government.
