Established in 1969, Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition offers a variety of social and support services, and educational programs to children throughout the state. It provides various subjects that include language arts, social studies mathematics, reading, writing, science, and fine and performing arts. The center also organizes support services for children, and individual and group counseling programs. It also offers other programs that include substance abuse care, and classes on treatment of drug and alcohol addictions. It additionally organizes leisure and sport activities, after school activities, campaigns for working families, and community and economic development, and emergency food and shelter programs. The organization is located in Philadelphia.
