Narrative or form appraisal formats are utilized in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice ( USPAP ) and current guidelines, i.e. FHLBB, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD. These appraisals are utilized as guidelines for mortgage underwriting, portfolio valuation, asset management, foreclosure proceedings, development feasibility, and marketability and absorption analyses. We are experienced with low/moderate income housing, independent senior living and other subsidized housing including tax credit and tax exempt bond financed projects. Clients include lenders, institutions, commercial banks, conduits, FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, mortgage companies, management companies, development consultants, attorneys, and owner/investors.
