Chef Alan's American Bistro is a family-style dining restaurant with a presence in West Reading, Pa. Greeter sat us down and got us our drinks. After 20 minutes, no one took our order. We got up and left. Only 2 people working on floor. Restaurants need to pay better wages and hire people.
