History
I started out as a catering business called Catering by Christina in 2010. I became a stand holder at The Lancaster Central Market in April of 2015. In 2017, I changed the name and logo to the business to Christina's Criollo serving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine (comida criolla) here at the stand. I do offer catering services offering ALL food. I specialize in Latin cuisine and also offer food from all over the world to include vegetarian and vegan options.
