Church of God Home is a continuing care retirement community that is Medicare and Medicaid certified and licensed by the Pennsylvania Departments of Health, Welfare and Insurance. Its LeTort Manor, offers one-bedroom independent living apartments with housekeeping and maintenance facilities. Each apartment includes a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, air conditioning, an emergency response system, carpeting and drapes, reserved parking and extra storage. Its Creekside apartments offer one-bedroom assisted living for those who need some extra assistance with the activities of daily living, including meals, housekeeping, medications and personal hygiene. Its health care center offers private and semiprivate rooms with utilities, housekeeping, towels and linens, maintenance, nursing care and three meals a day. Established in 1948, Church of God Home is located in Carlisle, Pa.
